BUDE SURFING EXPERIENCE COACHES, STAFF & FRIENDS

Scott is the head coach and has 20 years experience coaching outdoor activities. He is BSA Level 4 qualified and coaches all ability levels, from beginner to advanced. He has surfed on the North Cornish coast his whole life and, as a local, knows the conditions and beaches very well. He has been running the Surf School for the last 10 years and his main aim is to provide a friendly, fun service of the highest quality.

Toby has spent many seasons as a fully trained beach lifeguard and has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. He is a BSA Level 2 coach and currently in training to paddle across the English Channel in July.

Wolfy has years of experience as an outdoor activity instructor and holds his BSA Level 1 qualification. Our favourite Scot is an experienced surfer himself has been part of our team for years.

Mike, during term-time is a teacher but during the weekends and holidays he helps us here at the surf school. He has his BSA Level 1 qualification and has worked with us for the last few years.

Emma deals with all bookings and is always happy to answer any queries. She is available to help organise your surf lessons and the rest of your stay, if you wish.

Smudge also has years of experience as an outdoor activity instructor and helps us out during the summer hols. He also holds his BSA Level 1 qualification and is a keen surfer in his spare time.

Joe is our resident photographer who will snap your photo during the lessons and display his images for you to view afterwards. Digital copies can be downloaded onto a CD for you to own and show all your friends.
